The PowerEPOS integration with Restoke has recently been upgraded to enhance support for PowerEPOS customers. Previously, sales data was exported via CSV files and sent to Restoke automatically. Now, with a direct API integration, PowerEPOS can send sales data directly to Restoke, improving the accuracy and efficiency of reporting on both sales and configuration data.
What’s New?
The updated integration includes:
- A detailed export of itemized sales transaction data.
- A comprehensive product configuration export, including sales modifiers, PLU prices, and product groups.
How to Set Up the Integration
Follow these steps to enable the new Restoke integration:
- Log in to your Restoke account and navigate to Settings: Restoke Settings.
- Under the Configuration section, locate your API Key.
- Submit a support request to the Triniteq Support Team:
Online: Triniteq Support Portal
Email: support@triniteq.com
In your support request, please include:

Next Steps
Once configured, the Triniteq Support Team will confirm the activation via email. You will then be able to view your sales and configuration data directly in the Restoke portal.
For any assistance with configuring or using your data in Restoke, please contact Restoke Support: Restoke Help Center.
If you need further support with PowerEPOS, feel free to reach out to Triniteq Support.
Export is configured via DES named export, using the customer’s API key to match the corresponding PowerEPOS outlet. The auto-schedule is set up in DBGen to run daily, exporting data for the previous day.
