Triniteq TQ Receipt Agent Setup and Usage

Account Creation

Access the Login Page: Navigate to Login - TQWebReceipt.

 

Provide Account Details: Venue Name, Email Address, SMS Receipts Preference (Yes/No).

 

After account creation, you will be issued an Organization ID.

Installation

Download the Installer: Go to https://receipt.triniteq.com/agent_install.
 

Run the Installer: Follow the Next prompts until complete. This application is installed into C:\PowerEPOS\TQ Receipt Agent\.
**Note: The installer includes .NET 9; this increases file size.
 

Post-Installation the application should start automatically, and a shortcut has been added to the common startup folder.

 

Find the icon in the system utility tray. Right-click and select Register. Enter the provided

Organization ID. Set Name as terminal + venue (e.g., VenueTerminalXX).

POS Configuration

Access PowerEPOS System Manager: Navigate to System.

Select Outlet and Printers: Choose your outlet. Go to Printers

Insert New Printer: Configure as per provided setup. Save the configuration

Map Receipt Printer: Select Receipt Printer Mappings. Ensure the intended terminals are

selected to use this printer.

Save and publish.

POS Usage

On POS, select to print a receipt.

 

Review preview screen. Select Print. Choose Email or SMS options.

Troubleshooting

  • Reset Password: In the Register window, tick Force Update, re-register; config remains, and a new password is set.
  • Decommission a Device: In Register window, select Delete to remove registration locally and online.
  • Corrupted POS Config: Delete data in: C:\Users\<currentuser>\AppData\Local\TQReceiptAgent. Reconfigure as needed.
  • Cloud Portal Management: View registered devices. Blacklist, block, or delete devices as required.
